This option is the most popular and will provide you with the support and guidance throughout your pregnancy, birth, as well as getting settled with your little one!
It includes;
- Complimentary consultation
- 2 prenatal visits
- Unlimited virtual support throughout pregnancy
- 24/7 on-call availability from 37 weeks until birth
- Continuous in-person birth support
- Postnatal support after birth
- 1 postpartum visit within 2 weeks
- Unlmited virtual support 6 weeks following birth
Mini Support package $800
This package provides all the support of the full service package with less in-person time.
It Incudes;
- Complimentary consultation
- 1 prenatal visit
- Unlimited virtual support throughout pregnancy
- 24/7 on-call availability from 37 weeks until birth
- Up to 8 hours of in-person support during labor and delivery
- 1 postpartum visit within 2 weeks
- Unlimited virtual support for 4 weeks following birth
Virtual package $400
If you want someone to rely on for questions or a bit of encouragement but prefer not to have them present at your birth.
The virtual package includes;
- Complimentary consultation (in-person or virtual)
- Unlimited virtual support throughout pregnancy, labor, and 4 weeks postpartum
- Online packet of resources for evidence-based information
- Online packet of resources for local services for new mothers and mothers-to-be
All Inclusive Support Package $2600
Looking for comprehensive support through pregnancy, delivery, and after bringing your little bundle of joy home?
This package includes;
- Everything listed in the Full Service Birth Package
PLUS
- 4x 6hr daytime postpartum visits
- 1x 6hr nighttime postpartum visit (optional)
Postpartum Doula Package $40/hr Daytime $50/hr Overnights
If you're looking for support after you're little one arrives, while you are healing, postpartum services can be tailored to your families specific needs and can include,
- Complimentary consultation
- Local resources tailored to your family's needs
- Basic infant care (bathing, swaddling, comfort techniques)
- Baby care while you rest, eat, shower...
- Breastfeeding support
- Minor household chores/ errands
- Food prep
- Support for siblings in adapting to the new baby
- Guidance for new fathers
Special Services & Pricing
Due to the sensitive nature and varying levels of support required, the following services are billed on a case-by-case basis. Consultations are always complimentary and without judgement. Please reach out with any questions.

I offer a sliding scale for certain situations, such as for single mothers, teens, and military members. This can be discussed during our initial consultation.
